REWC, is a Registered Exterior Wall Consultant (REWC) and the founder of Facade Consultants LLC, a Chicago and Miami-based building envelope consulting firm. With over 30 years of experience in facade investigation, forensic analysis, and expert witness testimony, Meshulam has inspected hundreds of buildings and provided litigation support in construction defect, personal injury, and wrongful death cases involving glass failure, water intrusion, and building envelope performance. Meshulam is a member of the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC) and has presented peer-reviewed research on glass weathering and facade safety at industry conferences. His forensic investigations have been referenced in IIBEC publications and presented at national conferences.
