As a personal injury trial lawyer at Greenberg Streich, PLLC, I handle complex injury cases throughout Texas. I represented a young girl whose finger was severely injured when an exterior glass door shattered under normal use. Our law firm is Cosgrove, Eisenberg and Kiley PC located in Quincy, MA. My practice focuses on plaintiff tort work. The door had been purchased at Home Depot that unexpectedly and without misuse shattered and caused the plaintiff serious personal injury including hospitalization and two surgeries. Our firm practices architecture for the K-12 and local government sectors in Southern and Central New Jersey. Our firm was retained by a county agency to review the second and third floors of the south facade of a courthouse to ascertain the cause of glazing failure and water infiltration and make recommendations for remediation. Mark Meshulam of Facade Consultants was selected to be our aluminum window consultant. Mark’s services included a site visit in which existing window segments were removed and visually inspected for defects which may have caused water intrusion.
